To further our efforts to build a working environment in which employees can work in good mental and physical health, Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Trading established its Basic Policy on Health Management in 2025. We continue to diversify and enrich our measures for maintaining and raising health, and to make them more effective.

Going forward, we will work to maintain and improve the health of our employees and will endeavor to create comfortable workplace environments.
Initiatives
In recognition of these health management initiatives, we have been certified as a "2026 Outstanding Organization of KENKO Investment for Health" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
This certification recognizes organizations that consider and strategically implement initiatives addressing health management for their employees from a business-management perspective.
Up to now, our company has strived to create a working environment in which employees can work energetically and with peace of mind, promoting measures to maintain and improve their health.
Going forward, we will continue our efforts to sustainably raise our corporate value by improving employees' health and providing a comfortable workplace environment.
General Employer Action Plan
We have formulated the "Action Plan to Support Raising the Next Generation and Promote Women's Active Engagement." This action plan is based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and the Act on the Promotion of Women's Active Engagement in Professional Life.
