CPR-110 breaks down residual hydrogen peroxide in chemical polishing solution waste liquid

CPR-110 is able to rapidly and safely break down hydrogen peroxide contained in the waste liquid of chemical polishing liquid after use.
Because the amount added is much smaller than that of the conventional reducing agent treatments, treatment is possible at lower cost.

• Because CPR-110 breaks down residual hydrogen peroxide in the waste liquid, non-conformances (floccus float) in the neutralization process do not occur.
