The polyacetal (POM) resin “Iupital（Polyacetal (POM) resin）”, one of the five major engineering plastics, is a high-performance copolymer-type acetal resin made by a completely new process.An integrated production system, from the methanol raw material to the product pellet, provides a stable high-quality product.Because it is an engineering plastic with an extremely high crystallinity, it has superior friction/wear resistance characteristics, creep resistance, fatigue resistance, chemical resistance, etc.In addition, it also has superior rigidity, impact resistance, and long-term dimensional stability, and is adopted in ultra high-precision components as an alternative to metals.Due to its high self-lubrication, it is friction/ wear resistant, and therefore is the optimum material for gears and mechanical components for actuators.
