Polycarbonate (PC) resin is one of the five major engineering plastics, and is widespread use in such applications as OA equipment, machinery, optics, automobiles, medicine, and sports.It has the characteristics of high heat resistance and superior transparency, and is one of our main products, with future adoption anticipated in various fields such as films for optical displays, and automotive glazing.
- High impact resistance (impact resistance 5× that of ABS, 10× that of PVC, and 50× that of PE and acrylic)
- Transparency (visible light transmittance 80% to 90%, transparency on par with glass)
- Wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +120°C)
- High dimensional stability (Dimensional accuracy during forming, little subsequent dimensional change, suitable for forming precision-molded parts)
