Micro-roughing etching agents EMR series
This is a micro-roughing etching agent capable of forming dense unevenness on copper surfaces.
- It obtains sufficient resin adhesion with a small amount of etching.
- Because there is little surface unevenness, less stripping residue remains in dry film stripping.
- Because there is less scratching compared to conventional roughing treatments, it is also applicable to treatments in conveyor lines.
Clean Etch EMR-2000
Because there is small surface unevenness,does not impair the high frequency characteristics of the wiring. It is also ideal for dry film resist pretreatment.
Clean Etch EMR-7000
This is capable of forming surfaces with good adhesion at etching thicknesses of 0.5 µm or less on solder resists and interlayer insulating resins.
